This 2 days programme is designed to create awareness for leaders to unlock human potential, boosting productivity, and fostering a high performance culture. Leaders will have opportunity to discover the keys to achieve self- empowerment as individuals and as a leader to reach new heights through Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and practical insights that effective leaders are using to motivate, inspire and unlock the potential of the people in their team and make a significant and lasting difference in his or her organization. We will be focusing on Enhancing Leadership skills with NLP techniques (a high impact adventure in leadership and team dynamics). Leaders will get the opportunity to define, explore and experience what it takes for a leader to lead a performing team, whilst maintaining the high performance and to continually win challenges that lie ahead. Each program is customized to your organization’s specific requirements and objectives.

Methodology

In this Experiential program, we adopts a coaching and facilitative approach through interactive workshops, self-assessments, group activities and simulations, It is very important to engage the participants in reviewing their own outcome and so the activities are designed to illustrate key issues that help participants to discover ways to create values in high performing culture in their organization.
